Zoë Montana Hoetzel, or Zolita as she’s commonly known, is a true New Yorker, born and raised in the Empire States on September 23, 1994. With German and Danish ancestry coursing through her veins, she has a rich cultural background that inspires her music. Her mother, Heidi Schwarck, is of Danish descent.

From a young age, Zolita was fascinated by music thanks to her father, Holger Hoetzel, who saw the spark of talent in her and encouraged her to pursue her dreams. She spent her childhood playing bluegrass and flat-pick guitar, and as she grew older, her passion for music only intensified.
