'NCIS' Actor and 'Vanderpump Rules' Cameraman Detained In Connection With Disturbing Case

Three men have been arrested in connection with the deaths of Christy Giles and Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, whose bodied were found in Los Angeles in November.

These arrests include an NCIS actor as well as a Vanderpump Rule cameraman.
