Lizzy Cundy is celebrating in her swimsuit. The stunning star shows off her incredible figure in a two-piece bathing suit, flaunting her abs and celebrating the return of skimpier swimsuits to the Miss England pageant. Lizzie maintains a strict diet. "I follow a gluten-free diet, lots of protein and not too many carbs! I love snacking though and always carry almonds in my handbag with me if I feel my energy drop. But I do love a cold glass of white wine with ice!!" she dished to Women Fitness.

Lizzie also maintains a mostly plant-based lifestyle, eating no meat. "I've become a vegetarian and cut out dairy. Everything has to be gluten-free. I follow a very bland, alkaline diet, which means avoiding meat, poultry, cheese and grains," she told Irish Mirror

Lizzie exercises a lot. "I need to go to the gym more than ever!! As we get older you notice changes but I'm lucky as I've always tried to keep fit and not let myself go. I try to do at least half an hour /40 minutes each morning, light weights, sit ups and squats," she told Women Fitness.  Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Lizzie gets her workout over with in the morning. She maintains it helps her stay awake throughout the day. "I always go first thing in the morning and this definitely gives me energy for my busy day ahead!" she told Women Fitness. 

Lizzie loves drinking a popular concoction in the morning. "It's always good to have warm water with lemon juice to start you off in the morning," she told Women Fitness. She also hydrates throughout the day. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues, says Mayo Clinic
