NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Comedians and former SNL alumni Tina Fey and Amy Poehler broke the record for the most consecutive shows by a comedian at New York’s Beacon Theater with a sold-out eleven show residency at the famed Manhattan venue.

The shows, which took place between February 7 and 18 were part of the duo’s Restless Leg tour and broke a record set previously by Trevor Noah, who performed a 10 show run at the Beacon in 2023.

While 11 consecutive shows was a milestone for both Poehler and Fey, both have a long way to go to unseat the current record for the comedian with the most total shows at the Beacon, which is currently held by Jerry Sienfeld who has performed at the Beacon on 113 past occasions.

Poehler and Fey’s sold out Beacon run was the first time performing at the venue for both comedians. The shows included guest appearances from fellow comedians such as Fred Armisen, Rachel Dratch, and Maya Rudolph.

The shows were promoted by Live Nation.
